Shipping

Shipping is handled via FedEx. All bikes come crated and assembled. All bikes are fully insured for the total purchase price. Shipping is a flat $250 in the continental U.S.. Please contact us for international shipping quotes. We ship all over the globe.


Claims

Should the rare case occur that your purchase arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. All packages arrive “signature release” Please do not sign for the package if damage is visible. When the package is returned to us we will inspect the bike and choose how to proceed at our discretion. We will:

1) Make necessary repairs, or replace parts to bring the bike back to “New” condition.

2) Offer a replacement of equal value and style of customers choosing based on current inventory.

Should the case arise when the package was accepted, and damage exists. Please contact us immediately and alert us to the issue. Please save all packaging and paperwork. We can alert FedEx to the issue and begin a claim on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact FedEx directly to begin a claim on your own using your tracking information at the provided link below. All claims due to shipping damage must go through FedEx. Bull Cycles is not responsible for any damage during shipment.

If you would prefer to use your own carrier we will be happy to facilitate your request. Please contact us to make the arrangements.

Returns

All bikes are individually hand built per customer to their specifications. The custom options you chose before purchasing make these items unique to the buyer. We do not accept returns on custom built bikes. All sales are considered final. Upon request, we will provide photos of exact item we are shipping to you before delivery. If changes are necessary we will make all and or any changes needed before shipping.
